For one reason or other, someone must have placed a curse on our 100th episode.
After numerous setbacks, postponements and delays – marked by electrical storms, power outages, and other technical difficulties – Roy and I dug in to make our last stand against the Fates. Whether or not the Fates won is for you to decide. All we have in the way of evidence is that the show was splintered into three parts and the debris wound up scattered over two different Facebook pages. A less hubristic team would have abandoned ship and paddled like mad for Episode 101. I hope you’ll join us, at a time when that sinking feeling will be a lot less disconcerting, as we discuss “Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea” (1961), the film that inspired the popular Irwin Allen television series.
